Rooms are limited and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis, so we encourage you to book early. The resort has a 3-night minimum stay, and we’d love for you to enjoy even more time in paradise. Our group rates are offered between the 18th and 29th.

Cancellation Policy
- A $100 cancellation fee will apply
- 30% penalty fee for a reduction in nights, occupancy or cancellation
- Penalty fee is based on the total price of the nights reduced or cancelled
- All reservations are non-refundable
- Reservation dates, occupancy, and room type cannot be changed
- Reservation cannot be cancelled for any reason
- Name changes are allowed until twenty-one (21) days prior to departure
Airport Transfer
You arrive at Cancun Airport. After collecting your luggage, exit the terminal completely. You will see many transfer companies with signs. Look for the Amstar sign or ask one of the other vendors and they will point you in the right direction.
Passport Information
If you are visiting Mexico and arriving by airplane, you must carry a current passport.
If your passport is expired the airlines will not allow you to board the aircraft.
Passport must be valid for the entire length of your stay.
Passport cards are not valid for international air travel.

Can I stay longer?
Yes. The group rates apply October 18th to October 29th, 2026,.
Can I stay less than 5-nights?
Yes. But why would you when you can hang out with these two love-birds in paradise for an entire week. Rest. Relax. Unwind. Indulge. – for three nights minimum.
What if the room block is full?
If the group room block is full, you’ll be at the mercy of the hotel rates at that time. We’ve seen it before and it can get ugly. Good news, you can lock in your reservation now and avoid all that stress for you and the couple.
Why can’t I just book on my own?
If you do, there’s an additional cost to the couple for you to attend the wedding events and your reservation will not count towards the couple’s room block.
Is my airport transfer included?
No, however you can reserve airport transportation using the Reserve Your Transfer button above. You will be greeted upon arrival by your charming driver and be whisked away for a quick 20-minute drive to the resort.
If my trip is interrupted due to flight delays, weather, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen reasons, can I get a refund or credit?
